Success Tracker Main Menu

The Success Tracker Main Menu contains the following options:

Selecting an option listed above will take you to more information.

 

Success TrackerHome

Once you are in Success Tracker, the Success TrackerHome screen will display.  The following items are displayed:

A main menu consisting of links to Success Tracker Home, Success Watcher, Reports, Graphical Views, and Help.

 

Customize My Success Tracker – allows you to choose the settings that automatically display when you request a report.

 

1.      Number of Levels

Level refers to where an associate is placed in the organization. For example, you are level 0 in your organization. All of the associates you enrolled personally are level 1, all of the associates your level 1 enrolled are your level two. All associates enrolled by your level 2 associates are your level 3. You can limit the results returned on a report to a specific depth in the organization. For example, entering 5 in the Levels field, returns results for levels 1-5.

 

2.      Number of Results

If you have a large downline, running a report on the entire organization may take several minutes. By limiting the number of results that are returned, you can see the results faster. Results for most reports are automatically limited to 10,000. Leaving the field blank will return results for your entire downline.

 

3.      Specification Screen

The Standard specification screen is for subscribers who generally use the criteria automatically selected for a report, rather than customizing criteria selections. The options still made available on the Express Specification Screen include those available in Step 1, changing the Top Level Associate, and Step 5, selecting the display format. Other options are available on individual reports.

 

Customize My Success Tracker provides the full range options available for customizing each report. Each report provides specific options for the category: however they generally fall into the following areas:

·         Name

·         Enrollment level

·         Enrollment date

·         Levels deep

·         Leg numbers

·         Number of results

 

Submenus

Items in the side menu with a plus sign (+) beside them are category names. Clicking the plus sign will display a submenu with a list of reports in that category. You can choose how many category menus that are allowed to be open at the same time. To make a selection:

1.      Click on the arrow in the Submenus field.

2.      Select one of the following options:

·         Allow multiple leaves the list of reports under a category open when you open another category.

·         Allow only one will close an open category when you open a different category.

·         Expand all automatically displays all reports listed under all category headings.

3.      When you finish setting your default options, click on Save Defaults. These will be your default settings every time you access Success Tracker™ until you change them.

 

Mannatech Corporate News Center on the top center section of the screen.  This section provides top stories from corporate that are available to Success Tracker subscribers only.  Click the link to access the full story.

Graphical Views is located in the center section.  The Downline Point Value graph is the default graph on the home page.  Select Graphical Views to view other graphs. 

Watch Your Business Grow! is located at the bottom of the center section of the screen.  The following alerts will display when applicable to your organization:

Ř  You have xx new Associates this period

Where xx = total number of new Associates this period.

Ř  You had xx new Directors last period

Where xx = total number of new Directors last period.

Ř  Top Enrollers in this period

Ř  Leaders with highest % Volume Growth

Each alert is tied to a report.  Select the View Report option located beside the alert to view more detail on the alert.

Note:  These alerts are also available under the Success Watcher menu. 

·         Success Tracker  reports are listed on the left column.  Select one of these reports and you will be taken to the Reports Overview page with the reports under each category listed.

Success Watcher

Success Watcher contains alerts about your organization.  To access alerts, select Success Watcher from the top menu.  The screen will display the following alert categories:

Watch Your Business Grow!

·         Opportunity Knocking*

 

Alerts that are applicable to you will display under the appropriate category.  The Watch Your Business Grow! category will display the following alerts when applicable to your organization:

·         You have xx new Associates this period

Where xx = total number of new Associates this period.

·         You had xx new Directors last period

Where xx = total number of new Directors last period.

·         Top Enrollers in this period

·         Leaders with highest % Volume Growth

·         Bonus Alerts

Associates Who Have Received Personal Power Bonus

Associates Who Have Received First Team Bonus

Associates Who Have Received First Team Development Bonus (Gold Only)

 

The Opportunity Knocking category will display the following alerts when applicable to your organization:

·         You have xx Associates that are up for renewal this period

Where xx = number of Associates who need to renew this period.

·         You have xx Associates whose orders dropped below 100 PPV last period

Where xx = number of Associates whose orders dropped below 100 PPV last period.

·         You have xx Auto Orders in Exception status today

Where xx = number of Auto Orders in Exception status today

·         Bonus Alerts

Associates Close to Receiving Personal Power Bonus (Gold Only)

Associates Close to Receiving Team Bonus

Associates Close to Achieving Next Leadership Level (Gold Only)

 

Each alert is tied to a report.  Select the View Report option located beside the alert to view more detail about the alert.

Graphical Views

To access reports, select Graphical Views  from the top menu or select the appropriate category from the Success Tracker™ home page.  The following chart and map categories will display in the middle and left side of the screen:

Recent vs Former Buyers

Buying Frequency by Enrollment Level

Downline Point Value

Automatic Order (Recent Buyers)

New Enrollees, by Level

Change in Number of Recent Buyers

Leadership Level History

Enrollments by Leg

Map – Total Associates

Map – Percentage (%) of Recent Buyers

Map – Percentage (%) Volume Change

Map – Percentage (%) of Recent Buyers on AO

Reports

Items in the side navigation bar with a plus sign (+) beside them are category names. Clicking the plus sign will expand the submenu with a list of reports in that category. To access reports, select Reports from the top menu or select the appropriate name from the Success Tracker™ home page.  Report categories display in the center of the screen with all the reports for the category listing beneath the category heading. To access a report, double click on the report name.

Select a report category in the side menu to expand the submenu with all the reports for the category.

Shows whether your downline qualified presidentials have given you permission to contact them only, or to contact them and their downline.

 

Incentive Reports

When Incentive is selected from the side menu, the following reports will display in the expanded submenu:

  • Associates Who Qualified

 

Genealogy Reports

When Genealogy is selected from the side menu, the following options will display in the expanded submenu:

Saved Report Specifications

You have the ability to save your report customization settings. Saving My Report provides more information on how to save a report for future use.

To retrieve your saved report:

1.      Select Saved Report Specifications from the left side menu.

  1. Click on the report query name.  This will bring up the report query previously customized by you.

 

Help

To access help documentation for Success Tracker, select Help from the top menu.  Selecting the link will take you to the Index where you can select a topic to gather more information.

 

In addition, at the top of each report, the following statement appears:

 

Click Here for a Description of this Report and Business Tips for Using this Report.

 

The help information is actually several different files that are linked together. If you try to print from these locations, you can only print the page that is being displayed.
