Definitions

·         100 QV Volume coming from an Associate’s personal purchase of products (PPV) or personal purchase of a pack.

·         Renewed To be entitled to continuing bonuses, Associates must renew their positions annually.

·         Not Terminated A Terminated Account is an account that is no longer recognized by the system as a location to place orders or earn bonuses.  A terminated Associate is a person who has voluntarily or involuntarily given up his position as an independent distributor of Mannatech products.

The Auto Order Bonus Qualification report is used to determine if the Primary Associate is qualified to receive the Auto Order Bonus in a given Business Period.

The top of the report shows the qualification rules and whether each one has been met.  If the qualification rule has been met, a green check appears.  If it has not been met, a red "X" appears.

Having people on Automatic Order is one of the most important things to do for your business.  Start off by stressing the need to use the products on a continuous basis.  Then point out  the convenience of not having to remember to order each month, the importance of not running out of product and the ease of changing or canceling an Auto Order at any time if needed.

Must be Regional Director or above.
