Account Number – The number assigned by Mannatech to identify each person who enrolls.

Associate – Any independent distributor who is eligible to participate in the Career and Compensation Plan and is governed by the Associate Policies & Procedures, Career and Compensation Plan and Associate Terms and Conditions as part of his or her agreement with Mannatech.

Associate Status – There are three types of Associates:
1. Active—any Qualified Associate that meets the minimum requirement for their rank within the qualification month.
2. Current—any Associate who has placed an order in a 365-day reporting period.
3. Inactive— an Associate who has not ordered any products or packs in the previous six months.

Automatic Order (AO) – An optional product order automatically generated from the start date selected. Automatic Orders are processed on the same date each month. Automatic Orders are processed earlier than the scheduled date during the last week of the month and during holidays. Early processing ensures timely qualifications and deliveries. To avoid delays, all Automatic Orders must be created or modified 5 days prior to close of Qualification Period.

Automatic Order Bonus – A bonus of 3% of an Associate's Auto Order is paid each business period to the Enroller if they are a Qualified All-Star Regional Director or above, or to the first Qualified All-Star regional Director or above upline from the Associate with the automatic order.

Base Period PPV – the accumulated Personal Point Volume for everyone in this leg (usually the most recent completed month)

Commissionable Volume (CV) – The volume on which commissions are paid. CV is typically expressed in the currency of the purchased item.

Compression – All non-selling Associates are eliminated from the calculation of bonuses. Purchasing associates are then compressed, replacing the levels of non-selling Associates and creating pay levels before bonuses are calculated.

Criteria – a set of rules.  In Success Tracker, the term refers to the rules used for selecting the people whose names will appear on a report.

Current Business Period – the Business Period that is in progress.

Downline – Consists of all people enrolled or sponsored by an Associate or by other Associates in their team or organization.

Downline Point Volume (DPV) – DPV consists of an Associate's Personal Point Volume (PPV) plus volume from their entire downline organization.

Enrolled Associate Count – the number of Associates that have enrolled in a certain period.

Enrolled Customer Count – The number of Customers that have enrolled in a certain period.

Enroller – The Associate who is listed on the Associate Application and Agreement as the Enroller. The Enroller and the Sponsor may be the same person, or the Enroller may place the new Associate under a different Sponsor in their organization..

Enrollment Level – The level at which a person signs up (Customer or Associate).

Former Buyer – An Associate or Customer who last placed a product/pack order (excluding MPMs) in the time period third, fourth, fifth and six previous completed months, four, five and six completed, and who does not have an Automatic Order that will trigger a product purchase in the current month.

Last Renewal Date – the date a certain Associate renewed.

Leader – Any Associate who has obtained one of Mannatech's Leadership Level of Executive or above.

The Associate must first be a Qualified Associate and will earn increasing percentages of product sales generated in their downline organization, into greater depth of their organization.

Number of New – the number of new people who enrolled in the specified Business Period.

Organization – a person and all people in his/her team.

Percent Change – the change between the Base PPV and the Comparison PPV.   A positive percentage indicates growth.  A negative percentage indicate decline.

Percent of New – the number of people who came in this enrollment level in the specified Business Period divided by the total number of new people in the specified Period.  As you teach your downline how to enroll people as Associates, you can see how these percentages change.  Ideally, you would like to see the percentage Associates increase since those levels have a higher percentage that remain active.  (Refer to % Active)

Percentage of Recent who are New – the number of new people in this Business Period divided by the number of Recent Buyers this business period.   In a new organization, this number is likely to be 100% but as an organization matures this number will tend to decline.  You need a steady flow of new people to keep your organization growing.  0% indicates that no one was new which of course is not good.  But for a mature organization, a high percentage is equally bad.  If you 100% of your active people are new, it means that you are losing people as fast as you are bringing them in.  This is an indication that associates are enrolling new people but not teaching them how to use the products and not developing them as business builders.

Percent Volume Growth – the PPV growth experience between the Base Period and the Comparison Period.  It is calculated as follows: [PPV Base Period - PPV Comparison Period]/PPV Comparison Period.

Personal Point Volume (PPV) – The volume earned on personal and customer purchases/sales needed to qualify for commissions during the qualification period.

PPV Current Period – the Personal Point Volume of all orders placed in this period.  If the person is on Automatic Order but this column is zero, it means that this person’s Auto Order had not been processed or the order has not cleared.  Note that this column is ALWAYS for an incomplete period.  At the end of the Business Period the PPV in this column rolls over to the column called PPV 1 Period Ago.

Physical Level/Pay Level – Physical level is the actual level where an Associate is located in downline structure. Pay level is the level at which an Associate will be paid after compression. Note: All Non-Profit and Healthcare Professional accounts will be considered a pay level with zero APO when calculating commissions.

Primary Associate – The associate you choose to review through Success Tracker, also referred to as the “Top Associate”.

Preferred Customer – A regular consumer of Mannatech's products. Preferred Customers are not Associates and do not participate in the Mannatech Career and Compensation Plan.

Primary Volume – The volume created by a leader down to the next leader in his or her organization of the same or higher level.
