The Associate Search report can be used to locate people in your organization. Several ways to search are provided in this report. For example, you can search for a person by name or search for all people in a City/State, Postal Code or even Telephone Area Code. The more criteria you provide,
the more detailed your searches will be. If you just enter Smith into
the Last Name field, you will get everybody in your organization with that
last name; however, if you also add If you want to find all people
in a given area, fill in the first part of the Postal Code and use the
”Start’s with” option. For instance,
if you want all people in There is another feature you might find helpful from time-to-time. Have you ever received a voice mail message saying something like “Hi this is Bob, call me” and then they give a phone number that you can only understand a few of the digits? Well, Success Tracker can help. Just fill in the person’s first name and the part of the phone number you know and choose the “Contains” option. When searching on phone numbers do not enter dashes or parentheses. You can access the Associate Search from any other report by clicking on the Lookup Associate Account Number link. |

Step 1: (Optional) Change the
Associate who is at the top level of the report. |

Your Country and Account Number are the defaults. Change the Associate at the Top Level provides information on running a report on someone in your downline. |
Step 2: Customize the
criteria (or rules) by which people will be selected. |
|

To narrow the focus of your report, specify one or more of the following criteria: §
First Name –Enter the First Name of the
Downline Associate for whom you are searching. If you do not know their entire First Name,
the drop down box located beside this criterion allows you search on a
partial First Name. See the Drop Down Box section for more
information. §
Last Name – Enter the Last Name of the
Downline Associate for whom you are searching. If you do not know their entire Last Name,
the drop down box located beside this criterion allows you search on a
partial Last Name. See the Drop Down Box section for more
information. §
Business Name - Enter the Business Name of the
Downline Associate for whom you are searching. If you do not know their entire Business
Name, the drop down box located beside this criterion allows you search on a
partial Business Name. See the Drop Down Box section for
more information. §
Address – Enter the Street Address of the
Downline Associate for whom you are searching. If you do not know their entire Street
Address, the drop down box located beside this criterion allows you search on
a partial Street Address. See the Drop Down Box section for more
information. §
City – Enter the City of the Downline
Associate(s) for whom you are searching.
If you do not know their entire City, the drop down box located beside
this criterion allows you search on a partial City name. See the Drop Down Box section for more
information. §
State – Enter the abbreviation of State of the
Downline Associate you are searching for.
If you do not know their entire State abbreviation, the drop down box
located beside this criterion allows you search on a partial State
abbreviation. See the Drop Down Box section for more
information. §
Postal Code – Enter the Postal Code of the
Downline Associate(s) for whom you are searching. See the Drop Down Box section for more
information. § Country – Enter the Country of the Downline Associate(s) for whom you are searching §
Phone (day) – Enter the Day Phone Number of
the Downline Associate for whom you are searching. Do not separate the phone number with
dashes or parentheses. An example
phone number entry is 1112223333. (The
area code can only be entered using the “Starts With” option to locate all
Associates in a geographical area.) See the Drop Down Box section for more
information. § How many levels deep? – To limit the number of levels, enter a number in this field. The top level (yourself) is counted as level 0. §
E-mail – Enter the E-mail Address of the
Downline Associate for whom you are searching. If you do not know their entire E-mail
Address, the drop down box located beside this criterion allows you search on
a partial E-mail Address. See the Drop Down Box section for more

Step 3: Customize the order
in which people will be listed. |

You can specify up to three columns in the report by which to sort information. The default sort for the Associate Search report is Name. If you don’t want to change the way the report sorts, skip this step. Customizing the Order of my Report provides more information. |
Step 4: Customize the
columns to be displayed. |
|

The Associate Search report has the following columns: Account Number, Name, Business Name, Address, City, State, Postal Code, Country, Phone, and E-Mail. The Glossary provides a description of all columns. By default, all columns originally specified for a report will be included when you run the report. If you want to view all columns that are included in the report, skip this step. To remove columns that would normally appear on your report, click Selected Columns. If you have a report that is very wide (many columns) and you do not want to view/print certain columns on this report, specify the columns to delete. Step 5: Choose the data format if you want to print or download the report; otherwise it will be displayed on your screen as a web page. |
