New Leadership

Business Tip

The New Leadership report allows you to give recognition to associates who have gained new leadership levels.

It selects only those who have achieved a new highest level ever achieved in leadership status.  It does not list people who fell back and then regained their old leadership level.  For example, Bill is an All Star who became a Regional Director for the first time 2 months ago.  His name appeared on the New Leader report for that Business Period.  Last month, however, he forgot to place his 100 PPV order and lost his Regional Status.  This month he remembered to place his order and he qualified once again as a Regional Director.  In this case, his name would not appear in the New Leadership report for the Current Business Period.

NOTE:  Because Leadership levels cannot be accurately calculated until after the end of a business period, this report is applicable only to completed business periods.
