Business Tip – Unilateral Diagram Tree View

 

The Unilateral Diagram Tree View allows you to see a “picture” of how your organization is structured.

If this is your first time to use the Tree View program, you may want to watch the Tree View Basic Success Tracker Training video to see step-by-step instructions for using the program. To view a training video, click on the Tree View Basic Training Video or the Tree View Advanced Tips Training Video button.

You can narrow the focus of the report results by selecting from the following options before downloading your organizational data.

Step 1: (Optional) Change the Associate who is at the top level of the report.

Step 2: Customize the criteria (or rules) by which people will be selected.

 

How many levels deep? – Enter the number of levels in your organization that you want to include in the report results. The primary Associate is counted as Level 0. The results automatically display the first 10 levels of your organization. Clearing the field will display results for your entire organization.

Enter the Level 1 Leg Numbers. Separate Leg numbers with a comma (,). If the Leg numbers are to be excluded, select the Exclude radio button. The Include radio button is   automatically selected.

Step 3: Click the "Launch Tree View " to view the Unilateral Tree View diagram.
