Associates Whose Order Dropped Below a Certain PPV

Business Tip (Success TrackerTM Gold Only)

The following reports are included in this help section:

·         Associates Whose Order Dropped to Zero

·         Associates Whose Order Dropped Below 100 PPV

The Associates Whose Orders Dropped to Under a Certain PPV report lists those associates whose PPV dropped below the specified PPV amount.

Note: Due to recent compensation plan changes please see the documents available for your respective country for details on qualifications.

Associates Whose Order Dropped to Zero

For example, if you choose the Associates Whose Order Dropped to Zero report, you are asking for people who did not order in the specified period but had ordered some product in the prior period.  If the person just received a large order, they may just be using up their supply.  If you see a pattern of large orders followed by no order, you may want to explain the benefits of the Auto Order system and that ordering consistently leads to higher earnings.  In other cases, this may be an early warning sign that the person is losing interest. Contact them right away.

If you choose the Associates Whose Order Dropped Below 100 PPV report, you are asking for people whose orders dropped below 100 PPV, and who are thereby disqualified from the bonus level they previously enjoyed.

Associates Whose Order Dropped Below 100 PPV

If you choose the Associates Whose Order Dropped Below 100 PPV report, you are asking for people who ordered less than 100 PPV in the specified period but who ordered 100 or more PPV in the prior period.

Note:  If this report is used to look at the current period, it is possible that the associate’s Auto Order has not yet been generated, the associate has not yet placed his order for the period, or he has not ordered all the products he intends to order this period; therefore, run this report near the end of the period to minimize this situation.

Important:  These reports are not mutually exclusive.  A person could appear on more than one report.  For example, a person who regularly ordered 100 PPV each period and then stopped ordering would appear on both reports.  For this reason, normally you should run only one of these reports for a particular period.
