The Team Development Bonus pays Team Bonus earners, Regional Directors and above for teams that exist in their downline. When a person who is not yet a leader qualifies for the Team Bonus, the first upline Team Bonus earner or above will earn the 1st Team Development Bonus. 2nd Team Development Bonus is paid to the next upline Regional Director or above. On the report criteria screen you can change the Team Type to help you identify potential teams that you can encourage. Associates whose GPV is more than 1500 will not generate the Team Development Bonus.
