Definitions

100 QV -- Volume coming from an Associate’s personal purchase of products (PPV) or personal purchase of a pack.

Renewed -- To be entitled to continuing bonuses, Associates must renew their positions annually.

Not Terminated -- Terminated Account – an account that is no longer recognized by the system as a location to place orders or earn bonuses.  A terminated Associate is a person who has voluntarily or involuntarily given up his position as an independent distributor of Mannatech products.

6 Associates with 100 QV --You must have at least 6 Associates in your downline, each of whom have purchased at least 100 QV (the sum of product purchases and pack purchases) in the specified Business Period.  The 6 Associates may come from any of your legs; however, no more than 3 can come from any one leg.

Eligible for Team Bonus -- Associate has met all criteria.

The Team Bonus is designed to help Associates earn enough money to pay for their own qualifying volume of products each month.  It does this by making up the difference between the amount they earn and the amount specified in the Compensation Plan.

Use this report to see how many associates in each leg help you qualify.  The report shows more than three in each leg in case someone returns their products before the end of the Business Period.  The report shows pending Auto Orders for this Business Period as well but remember that an Auto Order can be cancelled or changed at any time so be sure to check this report frequently toward the end of the Business Period.

If you are close to qualifying for the bonus, you can specify an amount less that 100 QV on the report criteria screen, in order to help you contact people who might be encouraged to use or at least try a new product.  If you need an additional product yourself, you may consider purchasing that product using the Account Number of one of these positions and having it shipped to you.

Select Business Tip to view information on how to use this report in your business.

To use the most frequently used settings, click on the Show Report button to display the report results.

To see all of the options available for customizing this report, click on Customize My Report.

Step 1: (Optional) Change the Associate who is at the top level of the report.

 

Your Country and Account Number are the defaults.  Change the Associate at the Top Level provides information on running a report on someone in your downline.

Step 2: Customize the criteria (or rules) by which people will be selected.

 

To narrow the focus of your report, you can specify one or more of the following criteria:

§  Business Period – Select the Business Period

§  Limit number of results – To limit the number of results, enter a number in this field.  The default is 10,000.

Step 3: Customize the columns to be displayed.

Step 4: Choose the data format if you want to print or download the report; otherwise it will be displayed on your screen as a web page.
