The Genealogy report gives detailed information about each person in the Primary Associate’s organization. In addition to names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses, it also displays the PPV for all orders placed by each person in the Current Business Period along with how much was purchased (in PPV) in each of the past four Business Periods. If you are a Microsoft Windows user, you can see a drawing of how the organization looks by running Unilateral Diagram Tree View, and if you are Success Tracker Gold subscriber you can use the Unilateral Genealogy Diagram. You can use this report to check on the status of people in your organization. To understand this report more fully, the following is a description of several of the columns. Country – gives the country code for the place in which the person enrolled. Account Number – identifies each associate and member. Since Mannatech starts its numbering system over again in each country, the Account Number must be used along with the Country Code to identify a specific person. (Formerly Control Number) Physical Level – The number indicates how deep in the organization the individual is located. The Primary Associate is at Level 0. All personally sponsored people are at Level 1. Terminated Position – displays an “x” in this column if this person either voluntarily withdrew from Mannatech or was terminated for violations of Mannatech’s Policies and Procedures. Enrollment Level – indicates whether the person is currently a Member, Preferred Associate or All Star. Leadership Level – indicates whether this person is a Regional, National, Executive, or Presidential Director as of the last Unilateral Commission run. AO – indicates whether the person has an Automatic Order in place. PPV Current Period – the Personal Point Volume of all product orders placed by this individual in this period. If the person is on Automatic Order but this column is zero, it means that this person’s Auto Order had not been processed or the order is in an “Exception Status.” Note that this column is ALWAYS for an incomplete period. At the end of the Business Period the PPV in this column rolls over to the column called PPV 1 Period Ago. GPV – Group Point Volume – the total of all products purchased (as measured by PPV) by this person’s downline in the current period PPV 1 Period Ago contains the total Personal Point Volume of all orders for this person for the most recently completed Business Period. PPV Since Last Renewal – is the accumulated Personal Point Volume that can be used to qualify for an automatic upgrade to the next enrollment level. Qualifying Volume (QV) – is the sum of Personal Point Volume (PPV). Renewal BP – is the renewal business period for the Associate. Next NFR AO Date – In some countries Associates can place an Automatic Order for products for the Associates’ where these products are not for resale (NFR). Next NFR PPV – the PPV on products purchased under the Not For Resale program. How to Find an Associate’s Support Team - In order to find an associate’s Support Team (upline), locate the person in the report and note their level number, let’s say it is 3. Now read upwards through report to find the next lower number (i.e., 2). That is their immediate upline. Continue reading upwards until you find the next lower number (i.e., 1). That is their upline’s upline. Thus, you can trace the person back all the way to yourself (level 0). |
