Associates and Members Who Have Ordered

Business Tip

The Associates and Members Who Have Ordered report lists people who have been buying products.

Note: Due to recent changes in the compensation plan please review the available documents for your respective country for details regarding QV/PPV and qualifications for bonuses.

This is an extremely flexible tool that lets you customize it to your particular needs. You can choose multiple selection criteria to finely tune your search.  The criteria include:

§  The range of business periods in which an order was placed.  For example, you can ask to see everyone who has ordered products between Business Period 5 and 8.

§  The range of the QV.  For example, you can ask for a list of all people whose order totaled between 1 and 99 QV.

§  The enrollment level.  For example, you can request all orders placed by All Stars.

§  The Postal Code.  For example, you request all people whose Postal Code starts with 450.

You can use these criteria together to form a powerful search.  For example, you can request a list of All Stars who ordered over 100 QV in any of the last five periods.

Or perhaps, you would like a list of people placing large orders who might benefit by ordering some of those products under downline family members to qualify them and thereby receive more in bonuses.

Ask for all people in a certain area who have bought products sometime in the last six Business Periods to tell them about an upcoming event in their city.

Use this report to identify people who have recently been buying products to tell them about a new feature in the compensation plan by creating a search for people who ordered products within the last five periods.

Identify Associates who have not been ordering enough to receive bonuses (this does not refer to Direct Bonus) by creating a search for those with orders between 1 and 99 QV.

Identify Members who are ordering a lot of product by creating a search for Members who are ordering between 300 and 9999 QV.  Perhaps now they are convinced that the products really work and would be interested in telling others about the products so they can start to get their products for free.

Identify people who are ordering just one product by creating a search for those with orders between 1 and 30 QV and tell them about the Optimal Health Plan.

As you can see, the number of uses for this report is limited only by your imagination.
