This report lists Associates whose Leadership Level for the End Business Period is lower than their level in the Start Business Period. These Associates are typically near the threshold of a new level and “teeter” back and forth until their volume grows enough to overshadow typical variations in business volume from period to period. Newer Associates may not understand the various Leadership Levels and the qualifications needed to advance. If you find an Associate going back and forth in being a Regional Director, call him to make sure he is aware of the requirements by reviewing How to Get To the Next Leadership Level with him. You may be able to help these people directly. Consider each person’s organization when determining where to place new Associates and/or product orders. Review How to Get to the Next Leadership Level for each person to determine which legs need to increase. |
