This report has two uses. First, it identifies Associates who are 1 or 2 Associates away from having a qualified team. Second, since it also shows the potential Team Bonus earner’s Upline Leader, this can be used as a Team Development Bonus coaching tool. When you click on Show Team, the program will show you a list of people in each Leg who qualify to be members of the team. In some cases, more that 3 people will be displayed in a leg; however, only 3 from each leg may be counted toward the requirement. The extra people are shown to give you a sense of the number of “backup” positions that exist, in case one of the first 3 people decides to return their products. Associates are much more likely to continue ordering their products when they are receiving the Team Bonus. You benefit by having more people active in your business and by being eligible for the Team Development Bonus. |

Step 1: (Optional) Change the Associate who is at the top level of the report. |

Your Country and Account Number are the defaults. Change the Associate at the Top Level provides information on running a report on someone in your downline. |
Step 2: Customize the criteria (or rules) by which people will be selected. |

Business
Period – Results are displayed for the current Business Period
automatically. You can view results for other periods by selecting a
different Business Period. · How many levels deep? – To limit the number of levels, enter a number in this field. · Level 1 Leg Numbers – The report returns results for all Level 1 Legs automatically; however, you can limit the results to specific Legs. You have the option of including or excluding specific Leg numbers. · Limit number of results – To limit the number of results, enter a number in this field. The default is 10,000. Customize the Criteria provides more information. |
Step 3: Customize the order in which people will be listed. |

You can specify up to three columns in the report by which to sort information. The default sort for the Associates Close to Receiving the Team Bonus report is Team Leader GPV, and Team Leader Name. If you don’t want to change the way the report sorts, skip this step. Customizing the Order of my Report provides more information. |

Step 5: Choose the data format if you want to print or download the report; otherwise it will be displayed on your screen as a web page. |
