The Recent Buyers On/Not On
Auto Order report is a flexible
tool for promoting the use of Mannatech’s Automatic Order program.
Maintaining a high percentage of your organization on Auto Order is
one of the most important factors in receiving a consistent long term
income. Work hard on getting people on Automatic Order and keeping them
there. |

This report has several options. For example, you can ask it to select people who are on Auto Order or you can ask it for those who are ordering products but are not on Auto Order. You can also refine the selection by specifying that you want only those people whose order falls with a certain PPV range. |

Ways to use this report |

· Select those who are on Auto Order, to notify Associates and Members when Mannatech makes a change to Auto Order procedures. Periodically you may use this list to contact people to reinforce the convenience and wisdom of being on Auto Order. · Select Associates who are on Auto Order and who are ordering 100 PPV or more, to remind them that their order helps them qualify for the following bonuses depending on their enrollment/qualified level: Unilateral/Leadership Bonus, the Star Bonus, Member Bonus, Power Bonus, Team Bonus, Retail Bonus, Direct Bonus, and Auto Order Bonus More information on the Compensation Plan is available through MOD(Mannatech Online Documents). · To identify those who like the product but are not ordering enough to receive any bonuses, select Associates who are on Auto Order but are ordering between 1 and 99 PPV. Stress to them that becoming eligible to receive bonuses can help pay for their products. Show them how much volume is being generated by people in their downline. · Select Associates who are not on Auto Order. Contact them to ask if they would like to save 10% on their products from Mannatech. Stress the convenience of not having to re-order each month and not having to worry about running out of products. Also be sure they know the health benefits of consistent, long-term use of the products. Reassure them that they can change or cancel their order at any time. · Select Regional Directors and above who are not on Auto Order, to identify those who are not eligible to receive the Auto Order Bonus for those people below them. |

Step 1: (Optional) Change the Associate who is at the top level of the report |

Your Country and Account Number are the defaults. Change the Associate at the Top Level provides information on running a report on someone in your downline. |

Step 2: Customize the
criteria (or rules) by which people will be selected. |
||||
|
To narrow the focus of your report, you can specify one or more of the following criteria: · PPV Previous Period Between – Enter the lower range of the PPV of the orders for which you are searching. · and – Enter the higher range of the PPV of the orders for which you are searching. · Name – Enter the Name of the Downline Associate for whom you are searching. If you do not know their entire Name, the drop down box located beside this criterion you search on a partial Last Name. See the Drop Down Box section below for more information. · Auto Order – The default is to search for people who are not on automatic order. To search for people on automatic order, select the option from the drop down box. · How many levels deep? – To limit the number of levels, enter a number in this field. · Level 1 Leg Numbers – The report returns results for all Level 1 Legs automatically; however, you can limit the results to specific Legs. You have the option of including or excluding specific Leg numbers. · Limit number of results – To limit the number of results, enter a number in this field. The default is 1000. Step 3: Customize the order
in which people will be listed. |

You can specify up to three columns in the report by which to sort information. The default sort for the Active Associates and Members On/Not On AO report is Name. If you don’t want to change the way the report sorts, skip this step. Customizing the Order of my Report provides more information. |

Step 4: Customize the
columns to be displayed. |

|
The Glossary provides a description of all columns. By default, all columns originally specified for a report will be included when you run the report. If you want to view all columns that are included in the report, you can skip this step. To remove columns that would normally appear on your report, click Selected Columns. If you have a report that is very wide (many columns) and you do not want to view/print certain columns on this report, specify the columns to delete. Select Customize the Columns in my Report for more information. |

Step 5: Choose the data format if you want to print or download the report; otherwise it will be displayed on your screen as a Web page. |
