How to Get to the Next Leadership Level

The purpose of the “How to Get to the Next Level” report is show you what you need to do to reach the next leadership level. It will help you succeed in your Mannatech business by setting and achieving realistic goals and concentrating on what you need to do next. Success comes one step at a time.

This report helps you in three ways:

1.      First, it helps to focus your efforts on interim goals.  The report shows your current leadership level and what you have to do to get the next level (Regional Director, National Director, etc).  Since each leadership level has different volume requirements, this report makes it easy to determine how much your sales volume has to grow and in what legs that growth should take place.

2.      Second, this report helps to explain the various components of the compensation plan in more detail.  Mannatech’s compensation system is designed to reward you for two types of activities. One part of the plan rewards you for increasing sales volume.  The other rewards you for building your sales organization.  Based on your current enrollment and leadership levels, you are automatically eligible to participate in different bonuses. This report will help you understand how you participate at each level.

3.      Third, this report shows you the benefits of achieving each goal.  Each higher level of leadership brings higher commission percentages and payment on greater depth.  In addition, each level brings increased recognition and privileges.  This report makes it easy to see the advantages of advancing to each next level.

You can also use this report to see what people in your organization must do to reach their next leadership levels.  Once you have set goals for yourself and/or Associates in your downline, use the Organizational Profile report and Graphical Views to monitor your progress.

Directions for Use

 

Select Business Tip to view information on how to use this report in your business.

To use the most frequently used settings, click on the Show Report button to display the report results.

To see all of the options available for customizing this report, click on Customize My Report.

Step 1: (Optional) Change the Associate who is at the top level of the report.

 

Your Country and Account Number are the defaults.  Change the Associate at the Top Level provides information on running a report on someone in your downline.

Step 2: Customize the criteria (or rules) by which people will be selected.

 

To narrow the focus of your report, you can specify one or more of the following criteria:

§         Business Period – Select the business period for which you want to see results.

§         Comparison Status – Select the appropriate comparison status from the drop-down box.

Step 3: Choose the data format if you want to print or download the report; otherwise it will be displayed on your screen as a web page.
