About Success Tracker |
|
|
This document describes system requirements for running Success TrackerTM and explains how to use all of the Success TrackerTM features, including how to run and use reports. You
can run any Success TrackerTM
report either for your organization
or for any of the associate's in your downline. You
can run the report on the entire organization or part of the
organization. In Success TrackerTM, the person for whom you're
running the report, either you or a downline associate, is referred to as the
“Primary
Associate”. This person’s name is
displayed at the top of the screen and at the top of each report, so you will
always know whose organization you are viewing. Most reports can be generated for the current Business Period or for any of the past 14 completed Business Periods. This allows you to compare your performance over time. |

§ Customize My Success Tracker |

Each
report is automatically set to return results for the most requested
information, so you have only to click on the Show Report button at the top of the report request page.
However, if you want to narrow the type of information that is returned, you
can designate search criteria for most reports. Generally, there are three areas that you
can change:
You can also choose how the report will be formatted. The normal format displays the report as a Web page, which is the best for viewing on the computer screen. If you want to print the report, you may want to choose the Acrobat PDF format, which arranges the results so they can be printed on standard printer paper. If you would like to import the information into a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel, the Tab Delimited format is the best option. |

Success
TrackerTM Gold
provides the option contacting the people listed on a report. You can send an
e-mail message (provided, of course, that Mannatech has their correct e-mail address,
and the person has not opted out of receiving e-mail from their upline), or
print mailing labels or both. Before sending the message or printing the
labels, you have the opportunity to review the list and specify individuals
to include or exclude. For additional assistance, select the Contact Us link at the bottom of any Success TrackerTM screen. This provides you with the ability to e-mail a question to the Webmaster. You can also e-mail the Webmaster with suggestions about other features you would like to see added to the system. |

On the Success Tracker Homepage, you will find links to the Success Tracker Training videos, Overview and Overview for New Associates. If you are new to Success Tracker™, you may want to take a few minutes to watch one of these videos. |

Next is the Customize My Success Tracker button. Clicking on this button allows you to select how you want the following items to automatically display when you request a report: Number of Levels – Level refers to where an associate is placed in your organization. For example, you are level 0. All of the Associates you enrolled personally are level 1, and all of the associates your level 1 enrolled are your level two. Entering 5 in the Levels field, will automatically return results for levels 1-5. Number of Results – Associates with very large downlines may want to limit the number of results returned because of the time it takes to run a report for their entire organization. This is especially true if you frequently receive the Timed Out error when running reports Most reports automatically return result for the first 10,000 Specification Screen – If you usually run reports with their automatic settings, you can choose to have the Standard report request screen display automatically when you request a report. The Standard screen allows you the change the Primary Associate and how the reports are displayed . Reports are automatically displayed in Web page format, however, if you want to print the results, the PDF format is a better choice. If you like using the options available on the report request screen to narrow the focus of the report results, the Customize My Report request screen option automatically displays all the options available for a report. Submenus – You can also select how you want the submenus in the left side navigation menu to display. You can choose to have only one submenu displayed at a time, to allow more than one to be displayed or to have all of them displayed. Once you have selected your default settings, you can change them for individual reports. |
